Barbara K (Ketchmark) Hook

Barbara Hook, 87, beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother was called to her eternal resting place on September 14, 2019. She entered this world on October 12, 1931 in New Orleans, Louisiana, born to Lloyd and Leila Ketchmark. Barbara married Donald Hook and together they raised five children. Barbara loved being home with her children and tending to her family. Barbara joins in Heaven her beloved husband Donald Hook and sweet daughter Melanie Elizabeth Hook. She leaves behind her daughter Jennifer Hill (husband Steve), her sons Doug, Thomas, and Jonathan (wife Shannon); her grandchildren Kathryn, Tyler, Zachary, Evelyn, Owen, and Elizabeth; and her great-grandchildren Brooklynn, Kyler, Brynlee, Levi, and Lydia. Graveside services will be held at Restland Memorial Park on Friday, September 20, 2019 at 10 AM. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
