Arcelia Quintero, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on June 27, 2024, after a courageous battle with thyroid cancer. Born on April 17, 1964, in Guanajuato, Mexico, to Maria Carmen Carillo and Ciriaco Noguez, Arcelia moved to the United States as a young girl, where she built a beautiful life filled with love, hard work, and dedication.
As the rock of her family, Arcelia was a pillar of strength and warmth, always there for her loved ones. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, whose unwavering support and affection were the foundation of her family.
Arcelia worked as a team lead for Connect MGA Insurance, where she excelled in her role, earning the respect and admiration of her colleagues. Her dedication and work ethic were evident in everything she did, and she inspired those around her with her positive attitude and commitment.
When Arcelia was diagnosed with thyroid cancer, she faced the challenge with remarkable optimism and resilience. She fought bravely to stay with her family until her last breath, demonstrating the immense courage and strength that defined her character.
A true Dallas Cowboys fan, Arcelia loved watching football games and cheering for her favorite team. She also had a passion for gardening, with a special fondness for her roses, which she tended to with great care and pride.

Arcelia is survived by her husband, Abel Quintero, Sr.; her daughters, Alicia Noguez and Elizabeth Cullen (Kumi Cullen); her sons, Abel Quintero, Jr. (Jesse Gomez) and Anthony Quintero (Yessica Quintero); her grandchildren, Arturo Arellano, Cynthia Arellano, Kal-el Cullen, Anaya Cullen, Owen Cullen, Noah Cullen, Bruce Quintero, Olivia Quintero, and Norah Quintero; her brothers, Abelino Noguez, Javier Noguez, and Ciriaco Noguez Jr.; and her sister, Lydia Hernandez.
Arcelia is preceded in death by her grandmother, Josefina Carrillo.
