Benjamin Doyle Bass

Benjamin Bass, 85, beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather, was called to his eternal resting place on September 10, 2019 surrounded by his loving familly. He entered this world on April 6, 1934 in McKinney, Texas, born to Thomas and Gladys Bass. He proudly served his country in the US Navy. He is survived by loving wife Christeene Bass; devoted children Richard Bass, Sharon Bass Dunn, Lisa Bass Parsons (husband Scott Parsons), Robbie Williams (husband John Williams), James Corey Goode (wife Stacey Goode); beloved Grandchildren Amy Dodson Spahlinger, Angie Dodson (husband Daine Abbott), Sean Parsons, Sierra Parsons, Emma Williams, Hannah Williams, Jackson Williams, Marissa Goode and Conner Goode; and beloved Great grandchildren Ty Spahlinger, Quinton Spahlinger, Carson Spahlinger, Kaylee Spahlinger, Peyton Mosley and Wesley Abbott.

Visitation will be Thursday, September 12, 2019 from 5 - 8 pm at Richardson Church of the Nazarene with funeral services at 3 pm on Friday September 13, 2019 at Richardson Church of the Nazarene. Burial with Navy honors will be a Restland Memorial Park.

Ben was a true believer in Jesus Christ and wanted everyone to know the love and forgiveness waiting for them with the Lord.
