Chris Politz

March 6, 1976 - January 30, 2025

Chris Alexander Politz II, age 48, of Grapevine, passed away Thursday evening, January 30th, 2025, at his residence. He left behind a lifetime of stories, laughter, and a legacy that refuses to be anything less than legendary. Born to Katina Politz in Phoenix, Arizona, he soon made his way to The Colony, Texas, where he perfected the art of both learning and cracking the perfect joke.

After graduating from The Colony High School, Chris set off to Holy Cross Divinity School in Boston, Massachusetts, before ultimately realizing that history-and sharing it-was his true calling. He spent nearly a decade enlightening students at Tarrant County Community College before making an unexpected but successful leap into the world of health insurance, where he later had the privilege of working alongside his son, Alexander Chris Politz.

Chris was the kind of person who could turn any moment into a story worth retelling. His sharp wit, effortless charm, and unmistakable humor made him impossible to forget. Though he is now reunited with his mother, Katina Politz, and his beloved Nouna, Anna Politz, his spirit lives on through his son, Alexander "Xander" Chris Politz, who inherited his father's quick wit and undeniable charisma.
