Daniqua Grace White passed to life beyond life on September 10, 2024. She was 25 years old.
Daniqua was born in Columbus, Georgia, the fifth of seven siblings who grew up mostly in North Texas. She was smart, quick-witted, and funny; her bright smile lit up any room. She loved reading, listening to music, watching movies, and never missed a chance to help those in need. She was looking forward to attending a Twenty One Pilots concert in Dallas two days after the accident that took her life. She also loved traveling and was planning to do more of it in her future.
Daniqua was a talented artist skilled in traditional and digital mediums. Her works are both compelling and evocative. She worked at Jack & Harry's, a restaurant and bar in Dallas, and was a student at Liberty University, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. She spent most of her free time hanging out with and helping her siblings.
Daniqua's kindness and compassion is reflected in her decision to be an organ donor, a final gift that will bring hope and new life to others. Although we grieve her sudden and shocking loss, we take comfort in knowing that the lives of others will be saved because of her life. Daniqua’s candid spirit will be greatly missed, a spirit that now graces the halls of eternity.
Daniqua is survived by her parents and her siblings. Her celebration of life service is being held Thursday, September 26, at Hughes Family Tribute Center, 9700 Webb Chapel Rd, Dallas, TX.
