Emmanuel Kiraz Life Story

Emmanuel Kiraz, known lovingly as "Manny" to his friends and family, passed away peacefully on September 27, 2024, in Carrollton, Texas. Born on January 17, 1952, in Lebanon, Manny was the cherished son of Karim Kiraz and Rahel Kakousian Kiraz. He leaves behind a legacy of kindness, laughter, and resilience.

Manny's journey was extraordinary. At the age of 19, he fled civil war in Lebanon to seek a better life in the United States, where he would go on to build a successful business over four decades. His perseverance, courage, and drive allowed him to thrive in an unfamiliar land, and he soon became a familiar, friendly face to many in California. Whether he was driving attorneys or gathering friends for a meal at one of his favorite Middle Eastern restaurants, Manny's generosity and warmth left a lasting impression on everyone he encountered.

To his colleagues, Manny was more than just a driver or co-worker-he was family. His light-hearted jokes in the office brightened the day, and his compassionate spirit strengthened bonds. He was known for picking up friends after long, stressful days, sharing in their victories, and making them laugh even during the toughest times. His friendships spanned decades, and he remained a loyal, caring figure throughout his life.

In recent years, Manny relocated to Dallas, where he was supported by his dear friends Brandy and Bailey, who cared for him during his final months. He was deeply grateful for their love and companionship, and they brought him immense comfort as he faced health challenges. Manny's resilience never waned, and he continued to embrace life and share his humor and heart with those around him.

Manny will be remembered not only for his kindness but also for his incredible story-one of triumph over adversity, selflessness, and love for the people around him. His friends, colleagues, and loved ones will forever cherish the memories of lively dinners, victorious celebrations, and shared laughter.

He is survived by those whose lives he touched so profoundly, all of whom will miss his friendship, his humor, and his generous spirit.

A funeral service will be held on October 10, 2024, at 10 AM at Hughes Family Tribute Center. Manny will be laid to rest alongside his family at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, California.

May his memory be a blessing to all who knew him.
