Enrique was a man who found joy in the simple things that make life rich and meaningful. He loved to cook out and prepare carne asada, always making sure everyone was well-fed and happy. Cooking was one of his favorite ways to bring people together, and he especially enjoyed seeing his loved ones gathered around the table, sharing stories and laughter.
