Estella Dominguez

Estella Dominguez, a cherished mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, godmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on August 29, 2024, at the age of 65. Born on August 25, 1959, in Dallas, Texas, to Raymond and Ofelia Mariscal, Estella was a beacon of love and resilience throughout her life.

Estella dedicated much of her professional life to serving others as a pharmacy technician at Methodist Dallas. Her passion for her work was evident, and she was deeply valued by her colleagues. Beyond her career, Estella found immense joy in her role as a devoted mother and grandmother. She was a true homebody at heart, relishing every moment spent with her family and creating a warm, loving environment that everyone cherished.

A lover of a good deal, Estella had a knack for finding hidden treasures at garage sales and on Facebook Marketplace. Whether it was a unique item for herself or a special gift for a loved one, her finds were always thoughtful and appreciated. Her self-sufficiency and willingness to tackle any challenge made her an inspiring figure to all who knew her.
Estella is survived by her children, Leticia, Eduardo, Alicia, and Gerardo Dominguez; her beloved grandchildren, Celeste Dominguez, Julie Dominguez, Jenny Dominguez, Pablo Garcia, Valerie Garcia, Malorey Rodriguez, E.J. Dominguez, Isaac Dominguez, Ava Dominguez-Cazares, and Giovanni Dominguez; and four great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind her devoted mother, Ofelia Mariscal; her siblings, Sandra Lira, Mario Mariscal, Antonia Bonilla, Raymond Mariscal, Delia Macias, Eduardo Mariscal, and Olga Rico; along with many nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family.

Estella joins in heaven her beloved son, Javier Dominguez; her father, Raymond Mariscal; her sister, Velia Shepard; and her nephew, Aaron Tovar Mariscal.
Her legacy of love, strength, and generosity will continue to inspire all who had the honor of knowing her. Estella's spirit will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered by all whose lives she touched.
