Félix Gaitán, de 71 años, amado esposo, padre y abuelo, fue llamado a su lugar de descanso eterno el 27 de febrero de 2022. Entró a este mundo el 20 de noviembre de 1950 en Dallas, Texas, hijo de Manuel y Marcelina Gaitán. La familia se mudó de regreso a su amado México cuando Félix estaba creciendo. Felix regresó a Dallas, Texas y crió a su familia aquí. Félix disfrutaba de todo tipo de deportes. Disfrutaba viendo a los equipos Dallas Cowboy y Santos Futbul. También disfrutó de una ronda de golf en su tiempo libre. Felix amaba la ropa y los zapatos y siempre llevaba la gorra de béisbol a juego perfecta. Muchas veces lucía un gran par de bandas Ray.
La esposa, los hijos y los nietos de Félix significaban todo para él. Era su mayor fan. Siempre era el último en salir de cualquier evento familiar y siempre disfrutaba de un juego competitivo de lotería con familiares y amigos.
A Félix le sobreviven su amada esposa durante 27 años, Guadalupe Gaitán, sus hijas Marcy Magana y su esposo Carlos, Gabriela Gaitán y Graciela López y su esposo Antonio; sus nietos Felisia Najera y su esposo Michael, Alejandra Fernandez y Fernando Magana. Se une en el cielo a sus padres Manuel y Marcelina Gaitán y a su hermano Manuel Gaitán.
El velorio se llevará a cabo en Hughes Family Tribute Center de 5:00 p. m. a 8:00 p. m. el lunes 7 de marzo de 2022 y se rezará el rosario a las 6:00 p. m. A Life Celebration se llevará a cabo en Hughes Family Tribute Center el martes 8 de marzo de 2022 a las 11 am.
Félix será extrañado por su gran corazón y espíritu competitivo.
Felix Gaitan, 71, beloved Husband, Father and Grandfather, was called to his eternal resting place on February 27, 2022. He entered this world on November 20, 1950 in Dallas, Texas, born to Manuel and Marcelina Gaitan. The family moved back to their beloved Mexico when Felix was growing up. Felix returned to Dallas, Texas and raised his family here. Felix enjoyed all kinds of sports. He enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboy and the Santos Futbul teams. He also enjoyed a round of golf in his free time. Felix loved clothes and shoes and was always wearing the perfect matching baseball cap. Many times he would be sporting a great pair of Ray bands.
Felix's wife, kids and grandkids meant the world to him. He was their biggest fan. He was always to last one to leave any family event and always enjoyed a competitive game of lotteria with family and friends.
Felix is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Guadalupe Gaitan, his daughters Marcy Magana and her husband Carlos, Gabriela Gaitan, and Graciela Lopez and her husband, Antonio; his grandchildren Felisia Najera and her husband Michael, Alejandra Fernandez and Fernando Magana. He joins in heaven his parents Manuel and Marcelina Gaitan and his brother Manuel Gaitan.
Visitation will be held at Hughes Family Tribute Center from 5 - 8 pm on Monday March 7, 2022 with rosary being recited at 6 pm. A Life Celebration will be held at Hughes Family Tribute Center on Tuesday March 8, 2022 at 11 am.
Felix will be missed for his big heart and competitive spirit.
