Jimmy Bannister

Jimmy Bannister, 62, died 11 November 2020, with his loving wife by his side.

He was born November 3, 1958 in Dallas, TX to Kathy and Jimmy Bannister, and was older brother to Roy, Francis, and Leslie.

Always the life of the party, Jimmy was happiest when he was joking with his family and friends, and he always made a point to keep people laughing and smiling. His laid-back outlook on life didn’t stop him from supporting his loved ones when they needed him the most, and even something as tough as remodeling a house or fixing a car couldn’t stand in his way until he got it just right. He loved animals like they were part of the family, and he even learned to cook new sauce inventions that he enjoyed testing out on anyone brave enough to eat his cooking.

He is survived by his wife, Theresa; his two children, Mario and Kimberly, and their spouses, Tara and Andrew; his grandchildren, Marissa and Mia; and a devoted group of family and friends that he loved “to the moon and back”.
