On Thursday, December 29, 2022, Johnny David Morales, loving father of five children and beloved brother, went to meet our heavenly father at age 48.

David was born on December 20, 1974 in Dallas, TX to Maria Cristina Morales and Victor Zapata. David was also raised by his loving father Jorge Alfonso Martinez. He is survived by three sons, Anthony Froylan Madrigal, Kaleb Anthony Deanda, and Noah Ernesto Castilleja, and two daughters, Sara Arlet Morales and Christina Lauren Morales.

David had a passion for old school cars and car shows. He also loved to enjoy life as a jokester and be the life of the party . He was known for his quick wit, his infectious smile, and his kind and compassionate spirit. His love for music of all types was also a great part of his spirit. His devotion to his children was his main reason for life.

David is preceded in death by his brother, Jorge "Nene" Alfonso Martinez, Jr., and his mother, Cristina. He is survived by two sisters, Mireya Carmen Garza and Maria Christina Montes, his three god children, Cassandra Vela, Emily Belen Montes, and Aaliyah Nicole Palomino, and several cousins, nieces, and nephews. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 22nd, 2023 at Hughes Family Tribute Center, 9700 Webb Chapel Rd., Dallas, TX 75220 at 12 o'clock p.m to 5 o'clock p.m.
