To the sorrow of Juana Ramos' family and friends, Juana Ramos passed away Friday October 22nd, 2021 in Dallas, Texas.
Juana Nino Ramos, a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend, was born May 14, 1956, in Musquiz, Mexico. She lived in Alaska and Idaho before moving to the great state of Texas in 1997. Every year she made some awesome tamales during the holidays. She loved "can" fishing, playing poker, playing the slot machines, and going to the casinos. She volunteered at Jaycee recreation center for a number of years alongside her significant other, Richard Garcia. She was a member of Templo Evangelico la vid Verdadera. She was beloved by all and will begreatly missed.
Juana is survived by her sons, Daniel and David Ramos, grandchildren: Alexandria, Isaac, Adrian, Raven, Jardin, Dani, Chase and Amya; great grandchildren: Olivia, Matthew, Abel, Zoey, Isabella, Julian, Ivan and Mavis. Sisters Ubaldina, Santiaga and Maria, brothers Juan Jesus, Victoriano and his wife Isabel Cristina, nieces Jasmin Florentina, Genesis Ubaldina, Lluvia Yobana, and Erika Yazmin; nephews Mario Alberto, Mario Guadalupe, Juan Daniel, Cristofer Tadeo; and a slew of friends. Juana is preceded in death by her parents Ubaldo Nino Franco and Santa Maria Gonsalez, her daughter Linda, her grandson Daniel Anthony and her significant other Richard Garcia.
To honor the life of Juana, a funeral service will be held on Thursday November 4th, 2021, at noon with visitation starting at 10 am at Hughes Family Tribute Center, located at 9700 Webb Chapel Road, Dallas, Tx 75220. Juana will be laid to rest at Calvary Hill Cemetery, located at 3235 Lombardy Lane, Dallas, Tx 75220, immediately following the service.
Juana impacted so many throughout her life. She was never a materialistic person, always putting family first. It was always all about family and getting together for cookouts during Dallas Cowboys season, birthdays and holidays. The legacy Juana left will be remembered by those closest to her forevermore.
Reception will be held at Jaycee Zaragoza recreation center, located at 3114 Clymer St, Dallas, Tx 75212, from 5pm-8pm.
