Krishan Lal Life Story

Shri Krishan Lal, a loving husband, devoted father, beloved grandfather and cherished human being, passed away on July 12, 2023. His departure leaves a void in our hearts, but his legacy of truthfulness, compassion, love and service to his loved ones, friends and society will forever live on.

Born on April 12, 1944, in Punjab, India, Shri Krishan Lal was the beloved son of Smt. Parsini Devi and Shri Sant Ram. From an early age, it was evident that Krishan embodied an innate spirituality with a deep desire to make a difference in the lives of others. He achieved the highest academic success through burning the midnight oil at his village. Driven by his passion for helping others, he dedicated himself to pursuing a career as a bureaucrat in Parliament House, the highest Government Office in India standing with truth, high standards and high morals amongst VIPs and Politicians. He served in different Government branches achieving great success with flying colors earning respect and love from his colleagues and public.

As a teenager Shri Krishan was a chosen son by divine Guru Saint Baba Khajan Singhji because of his unconditional desire to pursue divine Karma/action oriented life. He was spiritually blessed by his Guru to lead unwavering truthful life by being brave in facing all hardships in life and always achieving success gracefully.

Shri Krishan Lal greatest joy in life was his family. He married Smt. Kusum Lata in 1972, and they were blessed with two beautiful children Neeru and Sandeep. Krishan was a wonderful husband and father willing to do anything to help his family. He made sure his children knew how much he loved them and took no stone unturned in providing a true father figure support all his life. After his retirement he was immigrated to USA and attained US Citizenship in 2013. His legacy in life will live on through his children and the values he instilled in them of kindness, perseverance, and empathy along with his fun-loving spirit and great sense of belief in God.

In addition to his dedication to his family and profession, Krishan continued his love of the outdoors with nature, whether it was gardening, landscaping, walking , car rides, visiting lakes and parks with family. Over the years Krishan also volunteered his time in attending devotional places and greeting lovingly whomsoever he interacted with his strong belief of " Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam" which means "The World Is One Family".

Shri Krishan Lal leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and kindness that will continue to inspire all those who were fortunate enough to have known him. His deep love for his family, unwavering dedication to humanity, and genuine care for others will forever be remembered.

He is survived by his wife, Kusum, his children, Neeru, and Sandeep, his son in law Darin, daughter in law Terri, grandchildren Neha, Nitin, Priyanka and Dev, and a host of extended family members and dear friends in India.

Shri Krishan Lal memory will forever be etched in our hearts, and his influence will continue to guide and inspire us. As we mourn his loss, let us also celebrate the extraordinary life Krishan lived and the profound impact he had on the lives of countless family, friends and colleagues. May he rest in eternal peace, knowing that his life was a true testament to the love, service, and compassion of others.
