Manuel Tijerina

Dear Family and Friends,
It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our beloved father,
Manuel "Don Manuel" Tijerina Sr., who left us on November 14, 2024, at the age of 81. He was surrounded by his loving family in prayer in his final moments. Manuel was born in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico on December 3,1942.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Guadalupe Tijerina; daughter, Lluvia Almaraz; and sons, Manuel Tijerina Jr., Francisco Javier Tijerina, and Alejandro Tijerina.
Manuel is also survived by his sisters, Xochilt Gutierrez and Margarita Luna, and brothers, Armando Tijerina and Mauro Tijerina. He was preceded in death by his parents, Guillermo and Maria Tijerina, brother Raul Tijerina, and many other beloved family members.
A proud grandfather, Manuel cherished his 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren, who will carry on his legacy.
He was known for his unwavering dedication to his family and his hard work. Manuel was a self-made entrepreneur with many talents. He was a man of immense humor and wisdom, cherishing every moment spent with his loved ones.
Manuel is no longer in pain, and rest assured, he is now in heaven. Imagine him organizing his next event with a microphone in his hand and gathering all the angels for his best show ever.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
Friends and family are welcome to attend and celebrate his life, and as the legend "La Voz Gigante Del Metroplex" would say, ¡Sayonara!
