Sulochana Venugopal

Mrs Sulochana Venugopal, age 88, passed away on August 29, 2024.

Sulochana was born on November 11th, 1935 in MELAPALAYAM, TRICHY, TAMIL NADU, INDIA to Krishnaswamy Attur and Janakiammal Krishnaswamy. Sulochana married Venugopal Seshadri of Bangalore, Karnataka on April 21st, 1957 in Bombay.

She is survived by her son Nandagopal Venugopal, daughter Revathi Iyengar, daughter-in-law Dharini Iyengar, grandchildren Nitya and Govind, her dear friend Vasantha and many of her nephews and neices.

She was preceded in death by her husband Venugopal.

Visitation will be held on 09/05/2024 from 1 PM - 2 PM at the Hughes Family Tribute Center, 9700 Webb Chapel Road, Dallas, TX 75220. Last rites and cremation will be performed on the same day, between 2 PM - 3 PM at the Hughes Cremation Center.

Sulochana will always be remembered as kind and generous, an amazing Mother / Mother-in-law / Aunt / Friend / Grandmother. We will miss her very much, but pray for her soul's journey in its next phase to be as wondrous and fulfilling as her current life was to those around her. OM SHANTI.
