Vital ICE App and Vitalboard
The Hughes Family Tribute
Center is working to save lives by
partnering with the Vital ICE app and Vitalboard. The app makes it easier and
quicker for emergency responders to access vital medical information and
history.
We are so excited to offer
the pro addition of Vital ICE to the community for free.
It’s easy to use, and
we know it can help save lives.
Vital ICE pro Features include:
- Offers easy access to user-provided medical information by emergency first responders
- Free download to iOS and Android devices
- Sends a text message to emergency contacts with user’s location on map which alerts them that user is involved in an emergency
- Describes first aid treatment for 16 common emergencies
- Dependent information can be listed providing EMS with family information
- Calls 911 and sounds an audible alarm from within the app
- User’s medical information can be emailed to any email address
- Receives important notifications from participating EMS/FD
- Backup/Restore data to user’s Dropbox account
- Create a custom wallpaper/lockscreen image with vital health information overlay
- Easy access to photos of insurance cards for medical personnel
- Schedules medication, physician, and immunization reminders.
